Returns
NO REFUNDS. If Mimi-Michelle Boutique is notified within 5 business days of your receipt, you are eligible for a store credit. In order to receive a store credit, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. The unused purchase must be returned within 5 days of your purchase to receive a store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items for the same item IF the item is still in stock. Due to limited quantities and possibility of a no restock, items may not be eligible for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mimi-michelleboutique.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
